I believe that kindness, compassion, and empathy are powerful tools to assist clients with building self worth and promoting positive change. I have over 20 years of experience as a therapist and believe it is my calling to work with people to gain personal clarity, improve awareness, and remove barriers that block inner wisdom and self love. I address issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, spirituality, and relationship conflict. I also work with clients to explore illness and disease in the body using the mind/body connection.
