About Ashonda

I was called to be a counselor and to be able to assist people in helping themselves change the course of their lives. I work with people who are living with the challenges of anxiety, depression, addictions, couples counseling, family counseling, trauma, criminal justice involvement, and many other concerns. I help people restructure their thoughts which will ultimately lead to a change in emotions and behaviors.
