About Ashley

Ashley is a Certified Interpersonal Hypnotherapist, Yoga Therapist, Reiki Master, and international speaker. She is also a Certified Parts Therapy Trainer, Advanced Core Transformation® Facilitator, and NeuroDynamic™ Breathwork Facilitator. Ashley combines her expertise in HypnoYogaTherapies® to help clients align body, mind, and soul, guiding them to achieve their fullest potential.

She owns Unwind the Mind Hypnosis & Wellness, LLC in Tampa, FL, where she integrates yoga, meditation, Reiki, and hypnotherapy to foster transformation. A member of several professional organizations, Ashley has spoken at numerous events, including the HEA, HypnoBiz, and the Mid America Hypnosis Conference. She also teaches at the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy and serves as Director of Education Services at Raha Hypnotherapy Clinic.
