I assist with emotional, psychosocial issues (anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship & self-esteem difficulties, aspects of addiction), & physical issues (chronic pain, headaches, stomach problems, pre/post natal). I also assist those in self exploration & wellness. I facilitate well-being, drawing from your internal resources towards change. Sessions are specific to your needs, exploring your natural self-corrected process.
