About Anna

Mainly working with trauma in the context of a relationship - depend on what your needs are from EMDR, tohypnotherapy, to plain old talk therapy - this place is like welcoming you to my home, with love, kindness, humor, and acceptance.I’m certified in loving people. Truthfully, that is all I wanted to write here - but it probably wouldn’t get me very far so I have to give a description of what therapy may be like with me. Here I go … I specialize in the treatment of traumatic stress and mental illness. I can teach you how to regulate your nervous system, give you various coping skills, help you navigate messy relationships, and hold space for difficult and painful emotions. I am trained in trauma informed care and certified in EMDR. I have a down to earth approach to therapy- sorrow, anger, laughter, and joy are all welcome on our path. I love to laugh - a lot!
