Determined to get better? I’m with you! I believe that human beings, as a species, are basically traumatized. I also believe in post-traumatic growth and safety in connection. I offer personal and professional consultation, as well as ongoing therapy, for people who are struggling in life and could use some help figuring things out. That may mean digging deeper to uncover unconscious blocks, move through old experiences that negatively impact you now, and increase access to your own internal resources. It may mean strengthening your conscious mind by growing and expanding your coping, critical thinking, and relationship skills.
