Previously certified in hypnosis through NGH in 1995, trained in NLP, later completed Masters in Social Work in 2002, UNC Chapel Hill, Licensed Clinical Social Worker 2005, and Licensed as Substance Abuse Counselor in 2015. In addition to hypnotherapy, I use EMDR, DBT and Mindfulness therapies. Currently focusing on helping people with changing habits, weight management, and overcoming traumas.
