I am also trained in and utilize EMDR, DBT,hypnotherapy, and energy psychology.Treatment for my clients are as unique as they are. Two people can enter therapy for the same obstacles such as work, relationships, self-worth, unattained goals, and the list goes on. Each client can choose to approach them in drastically different ways. For example, if negative thoughts eventually lead to regrettable actions, one person may elect to use evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
