I am trained inHypnotherapyand I am enrolled in the Somatic Experiencing Professional Training Program (SEP-T).It is an honor and privilege when people choose to reach out and share some of the most vulnerable areas of their lives with me, and is not something I take lightly. I understand that choosing to inquire about counseling means different things for different people, and that each person brings a different life journey. I love walking along side my clients, empowering them to make healthy changes, while approaching each person with empathy, genuineness, and warmth.
